How can I pay for your services?
Services are paid at the time of booking; we accept Visa/Mastercard/ or Visa/Debit payments through our website.
Want to e-transfer instead? Email us with requested time/day/service
Can I set up a weekly schedule?
Yes! Although times may vary due to availability, we can create a schedule that works for you and your dog(s)
What if the time slot I want is booked, is there a wait list?
If you would like to be put on a wait list, please email us with the time/day and service.
Once there is a cancellation, we will email advising the time slot is bookable online
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice or service is non-refundable
What will you need to get in and out of my home?
We require a key or alarm code to enter and exit your home. Keys and codes will never be identifiable to your home
Does my dog need to be microchipped?
Microchip is not required, however we do require dog(s) to be properly tagged/tattooed
Are you insured?
Yes! We are insured, bonded and registered through ProFur, a specialized insurance provider for Pet Care Professionals
Where do you walk and what off leash sites do you use?
We like to keep it close to home, using parks and trails in your community

Life gets busy. We get it! We also understand that your dog(s) is part of your family; we want to give you that peace of mind by
giving them the exercise they need and crave. Forget spending time driving to drop off and pick up your dog(s) from day care or a kennel-we come to you!
